Whether you’re in or out of town, love to be in person, or prefer online worship, we offer a worship experience at 9:00am CST in addition to live streaming. Worship online with us on our website, Facebook Live, or YouTube. Come AS YOU ARE to meet God.
Stop by our Welcome Center before or after worship for information about connecting with St. James Church. if you need assistance. We have gifts for all first-time visitors. Our friendly volunteers will help you get to Children’s Church or direct you to our beverage bar.
While you’re attending worship, we offer kids programming with high energy worship, and a Christ-centered environment led by Safe Gatherings Certified Staff. This offering is available for students K-5th grade every week during both worship celebrations, and includes a snack.

Parking lots are available North and East of the building via 56th & Wayne. On-street parking is available on 56th Street, Wayne Avenue and Paseo Boulevard.
WHAT TO EXPECT
At St. James, we understand visiting a new church can be a bit overwhelming. We want your first visit to be as invigorating and uplifting as possible. Because we believe in creating environments that encourage community, we serve coffee and tea weekly before worship. (Cups with lids and bottled beverages are welcome in the sanctuary.) We encourage you to invest in fellowship with others, sit wherever you choose, and share your experience on social media. Don’t forget to tag us – @sjumckc on all platforms!

They are prayerfully and intentionally designed to help you strengthen your God connection, elevate and challenge your spiritual walk, and become more impactful in your circles of influence and communities.
